Steve was great. Very professional and communicative. He broached issues as they arose and advised on future re-installation of the fixtures. My wife loves how the clawfoot tub and the pedestal sink look now. (There's some subtle stipling in some spots, but Steve said that's to be expected; not everything will have a totally smooth gloss. If you want a total gloss perhaps you'd need someone who pours the coating on, rather than straying it?) He also left the place super-clean.
